RMF Hands On
Risk Management Framework or RMF is a significant process tool that though requires nuanced understanding to implement for a given system’s assessment. This class makes RMF tangible. Students will get a good grounding on what is RMF and then jump into executing the 6 steps of RMF using two detailed examples. You will be using tools such as CSET and producing artifacts such as POAMs for the sample systems. DevSecOps Security BootCamp
DevOps is the evolution of need for speed in software and systems delivery lifecycles. Security is one of the harder non-functional areas to be incorporated into DevOps. This class will teach students the concepts of integrating Enterprise processes with security processes with Automation in mind. Students will then get to automate a few of the DevSecOps security steps within a Jenkins reference pipeline.
