Founded by experienced technology and business executives with established corporate and entrepreneurial track records, and supported by a team of experienced cyber security , industrial control and network professionals; Cyber Force offers the comfort remaining compliant with government requirements, while pursuing an even more cyber secure business enterprise.

Shekhar Tiwari

Mr. Tiwari has over thirty five years of experience of starting and managing seven technology and telecom companies. For two decades, he worked for three blue chip American companies, AT&T, IBM, and MCI in a senior management capacity. After leaving the corporate world in 1990s, he co-founded International Ventures which helped European companies, including France Telecom, Deutsche Telecom, and Siemens invest, acquire or merge into American companies. He also advised US Private Equity firms, acquire distressed telecom assets. In early 2000s, his entrepreneurial passion had him found MXC, an Internet appliance company in Bethesda, Maryland and in 2013, co-founded Indiverse Broadband, a cable roll up in India. In 2016, he co-founded Cyber Force, a cyber security start-up in Reston, Virginia. He is also building Smart Broadband Partners, a broadband consolidation platform company for over 3 million subscribers in India.

He holds a B.S. in electronics and Communications degree from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri, India and MS in Electrical Engineering from the Rutgers University, New Jersey.

Nar Koppula

Mr. Koppula is also the President and COO of Ace Info Solutions Inc has more than 25 years of experience in the IT field and more than 20 years of experience in management.

Before co-founding Ace Info, he worked as an IT manager, consultant, and architect, providing IT solutions for such organizations as Sprint, Paraxel International, and the World Bank. He has shown considerable skill in providing strategy, vision, and infrastructure.

Mr. Koppula earned a MS in Structural Engineering, and a BS in Civil Engineering.

Jay Challa

Mr. Challa is also the Chairman and CEO, and Co-Founder of AceInfo. He has over 20 years of experience in operations, business development, project management, and technical management.

Mr. Challa is a PMI-certified PMP and a certified Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Maryland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Challa’s company (Ace Info) has won many awards from Federal Government agencies, including the SDB Contractor of the Year from the US Department of Agriculture and the National Directors Award from the US Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency. Mr. Challa received Fifty Influential Minorities in Business award from Minority Business Enterprise Network in 2006 and was on the cover of the Minority Enterprise Advocate magazine in 2009.

Mr. Challa earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Lax Chepuri

Mr. Chepuri is also the CEO of TechnoGen, Inc. (formerly known as SYSCOM Technologies). As CEO, he oversees the corporate direction and strategy for the company's global operations. Prior to founding TechnoGen, he held various positions at AT&T, Verizon, TimeWarner(AOL) and FannieMae with specific focus on enterprise quality initiatives.

In addition to TechnoGen, he is the co-founder of two other innovative startups:
focalcxm (, a unique organization that offers CXM Consulting Services and CRM Products to help commercial clients improve sales productivity and deliver enhanced customer experiences. edCirrus (, a developer of software products related to academic and education experience management.

Apart from being a successful entrepreneur, he is passionate about social work and is a board member for a number of non-profit and charity organizations in the greater Washington DC area.

He has earned Masters Degrees in both Business Administration & Management Information Systems.

Srini Kasturi

Srinivasa (Srini) Kasturi, CISSP, CCSLP, ISSAP, TOGAF(03-09), CCSK, PMP, MSc (Computer Engineering).

Srini is an accomplished security life cycle SME. Over the last 25 years he has worked on securing and evaluating hardware and software products, enterprises, cloud and service providers.

His professional engagements include Information Security Officer at the World Bank, CEO of Banyan Logic - provider of security training services, and Secure SDLC - provider of FedRAMP preparedness assessment services. He is also a Lead Assessor with A2LA, the testing body for certifying the FedRAMP 3PAOs.

Bill Flynn

Mr. Flynn retired as a Navy Commander in 2000 after 8 years active and 12 years reserve duty. He has over 1,100 flight hours and 250 carrier landing onboard USS Nimitz (CVN 68).

He was a marketing manager at Unisys Defense Systems and a Senior Director at McDonnell Douglas for 6 years. Mr. Flynn was also the Vice President of the Federal Division, at Yurie Systems, which had a successful IPO in 1997, and was sold to Lucent.

He founded WareOnEarth Communications, Inc. which specializes in Information Assurance and Network Security services for the federal government.He also founded Syngineering Worldwide, Ltd., an entity which allows access to Indian Knowledge Process Outsourcing and the emerging US market for clean energy.

Bill Flynn has earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.

Bimal Sareen

Bimal Sareen has been an entrepreneur, management consultant, angel investor, innovator, mentor and corporate executive.

Mr. Sareen worked extensively on Policy, Technology and Manufacturing Industrial Partnerships in Defence and Homeland Security. He founded Avaana, a leader in innovation and integration of RFID technologies; which he subsequently exited. He was the Managing Director and CEO of MIT Media Lab Asia. He also worked as a senior Corporate Executive at Compaq Computer Corporation (erstwhile Hewlett Packard), and earlier at Digital Equipment Corporation across many roles including General Management, Business and Corporate Development, M&A, and Technology Development.

Mr. Sareen is a Charter Member of TiE, and has been Chairman of various committees, including Defence & Homeland Security, Energy, Europe, and a member of the Managing Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce. He was also the President of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (NIC), and a Member of the Board of the Massachusetts Interactive Multimedia Council (MIMC).

Mr. Sareen has been an international author and industry speaker. He has co-filed for three patents in wireless power, and has a granted US patent in High Speed Computing. He has earned an MBA, Masters in Computer Engineering and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
